New games for June 14 2019 - Dreaming of Railroad Kingdoms

It's NEW GAME FRIDAY!

This week we have 3 new games and 2 expansions, 1 of which is standalone!

  • Animal Kingdoms
  • Castles of Caleira: Season Two
  • Dreams of Tomorrow
  • Dreams of Tomorrow: Awaken
  • Penny Rails

Lots of new stuff this week. We have Animal Kingdoms, which was available previously as a black and white PNP, is now here in it's final release form. That and Dreams of Tomorrow are our first games that come with print files for the boxes. Curious how those will go over and if you are interested in more boxes, please let us know!

We also have a standalone expansion for Castles of Caleira and a new Button Shy game, Penny Rails from Travis D. Hill. It's an 18 card train game!

The game of the week is Shields Up!

In Shields Up players race to destroy the opponents shields and ship. Captains take 2 actions each turn, choosing to either draw or play cards. Assemble sets of cards in order to activate weapons and other equipment.

As captain of your ship you can place any card face down as a shield. A ship can have up to 3 shield cards. Destroy your opponent’s shield and do at least 1 additional damage to destroy their ship and win the battle!
