Bittyburg is a minimalist city planning game designed flippantly as the result of an offhand challenge to make a game of this type without using the concept of "adjacency". The result became something I'm actually quite proud of that is easy to learn, plays quickly, and has a fairly broad decision space.
Bittyburg Civic Pride Edition is a more refined take on the original game, with plenty more municipal buildings, a reconsidered approach to residential buildings, and some extra rules that make building placement matter more.
