You’ve got your hands full with this city building dexterity game! Add cards to your growing tableau without dropping them to revitalize your downtown. Build it bigger and bigger while still meeting your bonus goals to complete your urban planning successfully!
Each turn, add a new card to the growing city tableau in your hands. Connect them to your street while making sure to keep your scoring elements visible, overlapping other cards as necessary.
Drop a card and it’s all over: move directly to scoring what remains in hand. Otherwise, keep pushing yourself to add cards until you choose to stop or run out of new cards.
Score points for each card showing in your city, but lose points for fully hidden cards. Gain extra points for the scoring elements that match your bonus goals, then rank your work to see where you fall!
