Woodland Rites is the first mini-expansion to The Lost Village, adding 9 new cards to refresh the challenge.
5 new monsters arrive, including the Wickerman that keeps coming back after each successful attack; the Forest Fiend that requires woodland expertise to defeat; and the traitorous Dark Covenant that hide among the heroes, waiting for the moment to backstab them.
To counter these dangers, 4 new heroes are recruited like the fortune-telling Seer, the Herbalist with her healing herbs and thorn barriers, and the Possessed that pose a lethal threat to monsters and villagers alike.
