Coin Pusher: Galactic Surge
Jason Greeno here to let you know a little bit about Coin Pusher: Galactic Surge.
The latest roll and write from PNP Arcade Publishing recreates the excitment of an arcade coin drop machine. Grab some dice and a few friends (or play solo) and see if you can beat the high score. And of course each of the four included gamesheets can be cut and swapped for even more variety!
If you're looking for a new game to share with family, be sure to check out Coin Pusher: Galactic Surge!
Four Against Darkness: Swamps of the Slithering Snakemen
Fear the Frightful Fog! Catch devastating diseases, lose your way in the fog and drown in deadly bogs and marshes. Featuring: swamp mapping rules, fog, new monsters and events, creepy tables, new deities, 12 magic items and 36 spells! Plus, new classes: the stunning Medusine, the mutated Renegade Reptilian, the sneaky Snake Charmer, the powerful Swamp Shaman, the strange Marsh Elves and their six tribes. 100% compatible with the wilderness book range, including Crucible of Classic Critters and More Mountainous Mayhem Requires only Four Against Darkness.
Whether a fan of Lovecraft or not (if so, this may be a must-buy!), and whether you enjoy swamps and bogs as a setting or not, this new book for Four Against Darkness contains all you need to expand your game into new territory and adventures. The book contains new classes (Marsh Elf, Medusine, Renegade Reptilian, Snake Charmer, and Swamp Shaman), new deities for Clerics, and so much more. Even a DM for a TTRPG might want to consider looking at this for things like tables to roll upon for those murkier settings. If you love 4AD, this is more of the excellent content you are already used to.
GRIMLORE Profane Truths – Case File #46: Selene Luthra, Mythos Scientist
In Draumfeld, a small industrial town, the brass foundry runs late and the council pushes sudden ordinances favoring a few businesses. Selene arrives after receiving letters about disappearances and sudden personality shifts among influential residents. She reviews meeting minutes, church bulletins, and shipping logs, finding simple substitution ciphers embedded in initials and footers. Each points to a waterworks tunnel closed decades ago. People who question decisions lose access to accounts or forget appointments, as if someone else is scheduling their lives. Selene traces the patterns to a private club inside Town Hall, where guest lists and pipe maps overlap.
An interesting week here in GRIMLORE, as we see Selene tackle some pretty large threats. Your starting word this week in here is RARE, which provides quite a few letters sprinkled throughout the puzzle. You're going to need that help, too, because the Intake Throne is a tough beastie to defeat. You're going to get to test Mythos on a roll of a 6, and then you -2 that attribute. That's bad enough, but when you fail that test you cannot place any letters in the Throne's or Conductor's lanes this turn, completely derailing your potential progress. Good luck!
Battle Pages: Kingdom of Fang Valley, Marching Order 3
Villagers are protected from the elements by the Fang Range but hunted by their namesake.
Let's dive right into the enemies this week! You know you'll love the Red Dragon, who has Flying and not only targets adjacent units, but puts an X in empty spaces next to it. The Cave Worms are annoying – they target all units in their column AND make it so your Good Dice next to them do not gain gems. Yikes! The Lava Hounds are similar to that Red Dragon, placing an X on one empty non-water adjacent space when they trigger. But perhaps the Goblin Bomber will be the one you dislike the most, as its Blast ability deals damage to each adjacent unit when it spawns.
Power Creep: Gemma – City Center, 2131
New communities, strange when compared to the old ways, completely normal, now.
Okay, this week is a fun one! Gemma is facing down some Massive Ant threats, which are what it sounds like: big, hard-to-kill, hard-hitting foes. Not only are there two of their leaders in the Bank – something I don't remember seeing happen before – but those things are way harder to kill and trigger easier. But the best part of these ants is their flavor text pairing, which probably only exists because they have no ability other than being really large and tough. Shout out if you agree when you open this one up and see what it says.
Dangerous Space: Thaydiss, Quarantine Mission
'Lightbulb' has earned his seat on the dropship. His willingness to cold-dive without a vacuum seal has made him a respected member of the crew.
Lightbulb is back and ready to make his way through the inner core of The Debutante. This might be his hardest mission of them all, because he has some pretty nasty threats who will try hard to make him regret his rolling skills. The Elite Wolven are tough beings, and they force you to shrink the room you're in when rolling a 1 on evil dice, which can make it tough to move where you're looking to go. However, the Cocky Psychic is here to possibly help you, depending on how much damage you're willing to suffer from them because they reduce your dice by 1 if you haven't attacked them yet. Can you make it through as a true pacifist?

In a land ruled by an iron fist, danger flourishes in the shadows. Uncover a disturbing mystery when you witness...An Abduction in Darkhill.
A new installment in the AdvanceQuest line of games from Button Shy, this scenario follows the same formula of gameplay: roll the Advance Die, move ahead that many and gain a Quest Die to pair with your default d6, and then resolve. The gameplay is quick and easy to wrap your head around, includes mandatory plot points to stop at and challenge, and plenty of enemies to defeat. Can you rescue the child who has been kidnapped before it is too late? Or will the challenge of cultists, Moon-dogs, and Moon Priestesses be too much for you to overcome?
